These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the services provided by tenreformer on the site and in our studio.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the site, the purchase of any Products or Services on this site or in a studio will be subject to these terms and conditions. And you now hereby agree to our terms and conditions.

Important Liability Statement

The information available on or through this site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this site or at any tenreformer studios do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on this site (and provided by us to you as part of any Services or Products) is correct, but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this site or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.

You, your legal representatives and your heirs release, waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue tenreformer and its instructors for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

Memberships

T&Cs – All memberships

  • Memberships can be frozen once per calendar year for 30-days.
  • Membership applies to all standard Sessions
  • Membership blocks, status or benefits can not be shared
  • Memberships can not be refunded
  • Additional Sessions can be purchased at the single session membership rate
  • tenreformer does not currently offer international reciprocation; memberships and packages can only be used in the country of purchase.
  • Cancellation is required with a minimum of 30 days notice, after the minimum membership term is complete.
  • Members who visit a tenreformer studio locations outside of their home studio country are subject to the current drop-in rate or membership/package rate at the studio they are visiting

T1 - 4 Per Month

  • This membership comprises 4 Sessions at tenreformer Islington per month
  • If any additional sessions are taken within the specified billing month, they will be charged to the card on file at the rate of £24/session. All charges will be taken within 14 days of the previous billing period.
  • The agreement runs for a minimum of 3 months from the start date, and can not be terminated, cancelled or paused before this time. It will automatically be renewed for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either the client or tenreformer.

T2 - 8 Per Month

  • This membership comprises 8 Sessions at tenreformer Islington per month.
  • If any additional Sessions are taken within the specified billing month, they will be charged to the card on file at the rate of £22.50/session. All charges will be taken within 14 days of the previous billing period.
  • The agreement runs for a minimum of 3 months from the start date, and can not be terminated, cancelled or paused before this time. It will automatically be renewed for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either the client or tenreformer.

T3 - 12 Per Month

  • This membership comprises 12 Sessions at tenreformer Islington per month.
  • If any additional Sessions are taken within the specified billing month, they will be charged to the card on file at the rate of £16.58/session. All charges will be taken within 14 days of the previous billing period.
  • The agreement runs for a minimum of 12 months from the start date, and can not be terminated, cancelled or paused before this time. It will automatically be renewed for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either the client or tenreformer.
  • Cancellation is required with a minimum of 30 days notice.
  • When this agreement is terminated, membership status and all member benefits end.

T4 - 12 per month - 30 day rolling

  • This membership comprises of 12 Sessions at tenreformer Islington per month for a 30 day rolling contract.
  • If any additional sessions are taken within the specified billing month, they will be charged to the card on file at the rate of £19.17/session. All charges will be taken within 14 days of the previous billing period.
  • The agreement runs as a 30 day rolling contract from the start date, and can be terminated, cancelled or paused after the first 30 days.
  • It will automatically be renewed for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either the client or tenreformer.
  • Cancellation is required with a minimum of 30 days notice.
  • When this agreement is terminated, membership status and all member benefits end.

  • Offer available to new clients only
  • £10 trial class activates on the date of purchase and expires after 7 days
  • Offer valid in tenreformer Islington studio only.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
  • Offer can only be redeemed once per client
  • Limited spaces available
  • No cash alternative
  • General terms and conditions apply

T&Cs – 3 classes for £48

  • Offer available to new clients only
  • Class pack activates on the date of purchase and expires after 2 weeks
  • Offer valid in tenreformer Islington studio only
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
  • Offer can only be redeemed once per client
  • It’s an exclusive offer which can only be redeemed via a dedicated landing page
  • Limited spaces available
  • No cash alternative
  • General terms and conditions apply

T&Cs – £30 1 week unlimited

  • Unlimited blocks activate from date of purchase and expire after 7 days
  • All blocks will expire 31st Jan 2026 irrespective of purchase date
  • Block is 7 days of unlimited classes for £30
  • Members are limited to a maximum of two visits a day per service using this block
  • Block is eligible for credit on a membership purchase (£30 off) if membership is purchased
  • Minimum commitment & general membership terms apply
  • Each no show or late cancellation will result in a £15 charge
  • No block sharing
  • No extensions on the unlimited block under any circumstances
  • All existing blocks can be frozen or extended upon request
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer
  • No cash alternative
  • No refunds
