MEET THE TEAM
We’re in Brentford’s waterside neighbourhood at The Brentford Project, which is an easy walk about 10 minutes from Brentford station. The area is also well served by local buses.
We’re all about Dynamic Reformer Pilates – so no Mat Pilates, Classical Pilates or Yoga. We offer three different class types – Focus, Move and Burn. Read more about them here.
You can visit us with our intro offer, or single class. After that, prices vary by membership and pack type but the more you come the cheaper it gets. Read more about Memberships and Packs.
Filtered water, hair accessories and sanitary products. We don’t provide sweat towels, so bring your own if you think you’ll need it.
No showers in the studio, however there are changing rooms and lockers available.
Sorry, the studio isn’t set up for children or babies — this is about you, your body and your time.
Our studio doors close and the red light goes on 5-minutes before the class starts. If you’re not in the room by then, you won’t be able to train.
You’re welcome to move or cancel your class without cost at any time up to 12 hours before it starts. After that, you'll be charged a late cancellation fee of £15, or if you are on a membership/pack you will lose the credits for the class.
Sessions and memberships are non-transferable, so they can only be used by the person who bought them.
tenreformer studios are all independently owned so we’d suggest contacting the studio you want to train at directly.
Yes, you can freeze your membership for 30 days a year in one block, excluding our founders membership. If you need longer, you can terminate and reactivate your membership once your minimum commitment period has passed.
All levels are welcome. Start with Focus if you’re new, or dive in where you feel comfortable. tenreformer is designed for every body, not just Pilates pros.
Not at all. But if you’re a first timer, we’d recommend you start with a Focus session or two, it’s a great way to learn the ropes and build your confidence.
We’d recommend coming at least twice a week if you want to feel the benefits and build momentum. But there’s no perfect number, once a week is great to start, more often is great too. The main thing is finding a rhythm that works for you.
Often, yes. Our expert coaches can adapt exercises for many injuries, but please check with your healthcare provider first and let your coach know before class so we can support you safely.
We’re currently unable to accommodate pregnant participants safely in our classes. If you’re looking for expert-led pre and post-natal sessions, please check out our sister business, Ten Health & Fitness.
