Vicky brings the fire, and the form to match.
With 10 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer and reformer Pilates instructor, she’s worked with a huge range of clients, helping them move better, feel stronger, and build confidence from the inside out.
Pre and post natal qualified, Vicky knows how to meet every body where they are, whether you’re stepping onto the reformer for the first time or ready to turn the intensity up. Her classes are strong, high-energy and technique-led, with a focus on getting the most out of every movement, safely and effectively.
Expect powerful flows, plenty of encouragement, and the kind of burn that makes you feel proud you showed up. Come ready to work hard, have fun, and leave feeling stronger than when you arrived.

Lauren brings warmth, energy and encouragement to every class. A former corporate professional turned Pilates instructor, she is qualified in both mat and reformer Pilates, and knows how powerful it can be to carve out time for yourself and reconnect with your body.
Her classes are welcoming, motivating and designed to meet you where you are. With mindful movement, clear guidance and plenty of support, Lauren helps clients feel confident enough to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress.

Tuesdae’s Pilates journey started with a need to move better and feel stronger. After experiencing persistent back pain, she was introduced to Pilates, and quickly felt the difference. It helped improve her posture, ease discomfort and bring a huge boost to her mental wellbeing.
Inspired by the impact it had on her own life, Tuesdae trained with both Balanced Body and Ten Health & Fitness, and is qualified in mat and reformer Pilates, plus pre and post natal reformer Pilates.
Her classes are warm, precise and encouraging, creating a supportive space where clients feel challenged, empowered and confident in their movement. Tuesdae is passionate about helping every body build strength, move well and feel more connected to themselves.

Nina’s journey into movement began with yoga and mat Pilates, sparking a deep interest in how the body moves, strengthens and supports us.
Qualified in yoga, mat Pilates and reformer Pilates, Nina teaches with a calm, considered and empowering approach. Her classes focus on precise alignment, mindful movement and building strength from within, helping clients move in a way that feels both safe and strong.
Whether you’re new to the reformer or refining your practice, Nina helps clients build confidence, improve mobility and develop strength that supports everyday life.

Yves brings strength, sparkle and feel-good energy to the studio. An avid runner, reformer Pilates coach and Shokz community ambassador, he believes movement can transform the way we live, physically, mentally and emotionally.
After overcoming major health challenges, including cancer, Yves rebuilt his relationship with fitness through running, strength training and Pilates. That journey shapes the way he coaches today: with empathy, precision and a deep belief that movement can help restore confidence, resilience and joy.
Qualified in Level 3 Personal Training, functional training, nutrition, reformer Pilates, and much more, Yves’ classes focus on control, strength, mobility and confidence. Expect challenging flows, uplifting energy, strong technique and just the right amount of glamorous sass.
