First time?
What to know & What to bring.
-
Arrive early.
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes before your session so we can show you around, get you comfortable, and set you up right.
-
Comfy kit that you can move freely in.
We dont care what brand or if it matches. We just care that you feel good in it. Come changed, or not (we have changing space).
-
Gripsocks are a must.
We don’t wear trainers in the classes. Gripsocks keep you safe and stable, bring your own or you can grab a pair in the studio.
-
Water, towels & extras.
Bring a water bottle (we’ve got filtered water), and a sweat or shower towel if you think you’ll need one.
We don’t provide towels, so it’s BYO.
-
Our red light policy.
Studio doors close 5 minutes before class. If the door light’s red, we’ve started — and you won’t be able to join late.
-
Got an injury or something on your mind?
We require everyone to fill in a PARQ before taking class. If you would like to chat with us just let us know, we’re here to help.
Not sure where to start?
If you know your way around a reformer and you're comfortable with most Pilates exercises & techniques, pick the session that suits your mood. If you’re newer or want to ease in, Focus is your best starting point. Read more about our classes.
If you’ve got more questions, no problem. Our Studio FAQs cover off most of the things most people ask about most often.
