Movement has always been Suzie's medicine. From dental clinics to the reformer carriage, Suzie’s journey to Pilates was anything but typical, but that’s exactly why she gets it.
After completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Asia, she fell in love with exploring how the body moves, adapts, and heals and has now expanded her training even further after completing both Reformer and Mat Pilates training with TEN. With a background in yoga, and a fascination with biomechanics, she’s passionate about the way mindful movement can transform not just how we feel, but how we live.
Expect classes that blend science, strength, and mindfulness, the kind that leave you feeling balanced, powerful, and a little more you.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her deep in the sauna, out in the wild, or signing up for ultra-marathons just to see what happens. (“Life’s about seeing what happens when mind and body collide!”)

Jerold brings big energy and even bigger core work. With a background in semi-professional football, calisthenics, and distance running, he knows how to train for power, precision, and play.
After navigating and overcoming sports injuries, he discovered Pilates as more than just a training workout, it became a tool for recovery, resilience, and unlocking new levels of strength, and redefining what strength looks like.
Now, he’s all about helping clients unlock their athletic edge, no matter where they’re starting from. Expect dynamic sessions that fuse athletic precision with playful energy, think core fire, shaky legs, and maybe a joke or two along the way. Whether he’s chasing miles on the road or perfecting a plank, his mission is simple: helping you unlock your strongest, most athletic self.

Don’t be fooled by the 5'2" frame, born and raised under the Aussie sun, Grace grew up trying just about every sport going, including a solid stint in the equestrian world before swapping saddles for springs.
Her journey into Pilates began both personally and professionally: supporting disability clients through rehab-focused movement, while discovering firsthand how breath, body and mindset can shift everything. After moving to London, she completed her Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma with HFE and went on to qualify as a tenreformer reformer instructor, combining technical expertise with seriously good vibes.
She’s passionate about busting the myth that Pilates is just for one type of person. Her goal is to build a community where all bodies, all fears, and all levels are welcomed with warmth, a cheeky joke, and the kind of encouragement that sticks long after class ends.
